What can I expect from the event?
Imagine cage MMA fights… now add medieval armor and weapons. 24 knights
will battle for glory and honor in our iron cage.
Where is the experience located?
2825 University Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 4 h at this
experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
LJVM Coliseum offers a wide variety of food and beverage options for
sale. However, no outside food or beverage is permitted to be brought
in.
Is there parking available?
Parking will be available. General parking for most ticketed events
costs between $10 and $30. Some events may have VIP or Reserved
options available, see purchase page for details.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please
refer to the experience page for updated information on availability,
as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
While the performers will captivate and engage the audience, the
experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can
fully immerse yourself in the performance by observing and enjoying
it.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
LJVM Coliseum concessions are cashless. Souvenir and merchandise payment
methods vary by event.
About tickets
Can I purchase a ticket on-site on the day of the event?
Tickets will not be sold on-site; they can only be purchased on the
Fever app or Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click
'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact
us if you have any
concerns or questions. Be sure to mention your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you
can download it from the Apple App
Store
or Google
Play).
Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the
purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase
confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section.
If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the
Apple
Store
or Google
Play.
Remember to log in using the same account you used when you booked
your ticket. If you cannot find your ticket, please contact
us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you
would like to make the change, please contact
us and include the
ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One
of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible,
informing you of the next steps to follow. No refunds are permitted
under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our
T&C.
Can I make a group booking?
You can make group bookings up to the amount of tickets our app/web
allows you to purchase (based in availability). No special group
bookings will be made for this event.
About Access to the Event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but
you can arrive within the next 20 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we
do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Accessible seating on the 100 level and all amenities are located on
concourse level. If an event has accessible seating on the floor,
guests will be provided access to the elevator.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
The following items are prohibited from being brought into the LJVM
Coliseum:
Artificial noisemakers, helium balloons, balls and frisbees, laser pointers, or any other items that could disrupt the event
Bags, backpacks, or purses per the Clear Bag Policy.
Cameras with a lens greater than 6″ in length, professional cameras of any type, telephoto, zoom, or detachable lenses
Cans, glass or metal containers
Car Seats
Coolers/Ice chests (unless containing medical supplies)
Fireworks or any explosive material
Folding chairs
Food, drink, or any illegal drugs
Laptop computers
Pets (except service animals)
Signs, banners, flags, or any other items that would either obstruct the view of a patron or serve as a dangerous projectile or security risk
Strollers
Umbrellas
Weapons including knives and firearms, chains, sticks, or non-medical canes
Anything deemed hazardous or unsafe by WFUPD, WSPD, or Event Staff.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments
will be able to enjoy this experience.
1- LJVM Coliseum provides sign language interpreters for entertainment events free of charge to the hearing impaired. To ensure availability, requests must be submitted 14 days prior to the event.
2- LJVM Coliseum maintains assisted listening devices for sports and entertainment events. Devices may be requested at the Guest Services booths at sections 101 and 113.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the
experience/exhibition?
This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every
guest.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
All restrooms have baby changing stations.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make
sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and
tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your
belongings. If you cannot ask them onsite, please reach out during the
event; you can check in at either of the Guest Services booths at
Sections 101 or 113. Following the event, visit
ljvm.com/lost for our online claim site to
search for your item.
Is smoking permitted?
LJVM Coliseum is a smoke-free facility. Tobacco products, e-cigarettes,
and vapes are not allowed inside the facility. Designated smoking
patios are available outside Sections 110-112 and 114-116.
Is there an age requirement?
The admission policy for children varies by event. For Wake Forest
basketball games, children over the age of one (1) require a ticket.
