What can I expect from the event?
Imagine MMA cage fighting… now add medieval armor and weapons. 24 knights will be fighting it out for glory and honor in our iron cage.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event; however, please note that there won't be gluten-free or vegan options and no outside food or beverage is permitted at Canterbury Park.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available on-site. Vehicles may be left overnight in the main parking lot. Long term parking is not permitted and violators will be towed.

Will there be interaction with the performers?
While the performers will captivate and engage the audience, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in the performance by observing and enjoying it.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Can I make a group booking?
You can make group bookings up to the amount of tickets our app/web allows you to purchase (based in availability). No special group bookings will be made for this event.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive when doors open at 6 PM, but you can arrive within the next 20 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals as defined by the ADA. They must remain under control and accompanied at all times.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the experience is designed to be as accessible as possible. Local wheelchair rentals are available from Prior Lake / Savage Rental Center, call 952-447-7000.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Any item deemed by the venue management to be inappropriate and/or offensive is prohibited. The following items are not allowed:
- Weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, sharp objects)
- Explosives, fireworks, hazardous materials
- Illegal drugs and outside alcohol
- Outside food and drinks (empty water bottles permitted)
- Laser pointers and similar distracting devices
- Drones and remote-controlled flying devices
- Tobacco products (including electronic smoking devices)
- Signage (political, advertising, derogatory)
Do you offer carer tickets?
Unfortunately, no carer tickets are available for this event.
Will there be special effects like pyrotechnics, smoke, or flashing lights?
When applicable, our events may feature thunderous cheers, mesmerizing pyrotechnics, dazzling fireworks, and other loud bouts of excitement.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Lost and found is located in Security on the office level and can be reached at 952-496-6421.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! However, this experience is recommended for guests aged 3 and up.
